"Beautiful surroundings! Nice accommodations. All the staff were friendly except for the bar/breakfast staff. They acted like they hated us, it was incredible especially since the front desk staff and shuttle staff were so helpful and friendly! We were outside near the pool waiting to order a drink it started raining so we went inside and were told we had to go to the bright indoor area near the bar and we waited a long time before asking how to order drinks.
