"The decor was dated but okay. The room a good size, dated but sufficient. However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. The bed was not made properly. I understood that there will be less facility due to three star status but did expect better room attendance. I ate in the restaurant and was disappointed. "Had a lovely stay at the Village Hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel itself was a lovely place to stay with great facilities, including a Starbucks café and restaurant on site. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again!"

It's a nice hotel, downtown location very close 3 minutes walk to the Leeds Train station. Check in and out was easy. Free Luggage storage is available.The AC is quiet but weak. The cool air comes out of a small vent in the ceiling."
