"The decor was dated but okay. The room a good size, dated but sufficient. However I was not impressed with the room servicing, it had something on the floor that was left there and the shampoo bottle I used was left there as I had left it not replenished either. The bed was not made properly. I understood that there will be less facility due to three star status but did expect better room attendance. I ate in the restaurant and was disappointed. The hotel itself was a lovely place to stay with great facilities, including a Starbucks café and restaurant on site. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. "This is a beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located in the city centre, just steps from the railway station. Our room was large, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The only suggestion we have is to install more USB ports. If you're staying here, make sure you have enough adapters for all of your chargers, etc. We'd highly recommend this hotel!"
