"I'm a picky traveler and I was very well pleased with my stay. I want things nice and clean. Breakfast was very good the two days we went. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. will return again."

"Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child."

"This resort is so beautiful! We were there for 2 nights for Dollywood (Sunday and Monday night). It is a great, quiet location super close to the park. We drove but I think I saw the trolley come up to the property so I bet that would be a great way to get around the Sevierville area. It was too cold to enjoy the little lazy river or pool but they were gorgeous! The camp/RV area looked gorgeous!! All of the staff were very nice. We only ate at the restaurant once and it was good. "The toilets in the rooms are substandard in my opinion. They are too low to the ground, and the toilet bowls are too shallow. For anyone who had knee replacement surgery, sitting on them and standing back up is difficult because of how low they are. For men, sitting on the toilet is an unpleasant experience because your male parts get wet from touching the water in the toilet bowl. "This was my favorite hotel of the whole trip. Plenty of room, everything was clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was the view from our room. We had the one in the corner of the hotel where you were facing the wall of the rest of the hotel. Overall we had the best experience here."
