Poor Condition and Uncleanly
This hotel is disgusting - There were dead roaches - the bathroom shower was filthy and honestly, I didn't feel safe at all. The property is in poor condition and is not clean or sanitary. I never even stayed - I immediately left and booked another hotel.

I never write anything poor but this was the worst Hotel I have ever been at. Waited Over 90 minutes just to get told that my room still isn’t ready, followed by running late for a wedding in town we decided to come back later. Once we came back late at night our room had no towels no pillows and no blankets and instead a gallon of antifreeze and BED BUG KILLER SITTING ON THE DRESSER. Do yourself a huge favor please take your hard earned money and stay anywhere else for your safety for you and your family. I hope you work hard on fixing all of these issues.

Property was filthy. Reserved a non-smoking room with 2 beds. Was put in two separate rooms that both smelled of cigarettes. Friends went to Love’s and paid for a shower instead of using the one in their room. They also slept in their car because their room was so nasty. They did not want to lie on that bed. Unsafe to walk around as there were loose screws and nails and other debris all over the walkway. Check in was at 1 but no one was in the lobby for a long time. Other guests stomping around and loudly arguing around 2am, one was banging on my door and jiggling the handle trying to get in. Luckily there was a chain to hold the door closed.

I did not get to stay. Im traveling to see my dying mother. I tried to check in and was told a soccer team came and there were no rooms. I had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. My wife had to call and go through a lengthy process to try to get a refund, very very frustrating

terrible experience
Terrible experience, a very dirty place, I didn't even finish the night, I could only stay for about three hours, I had to go elsewhere, the dirty room smelled of cigarettes, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was terrible, it had no towels. In short, a dirty place with a homeless inhabitant.

The room smelled of mold! Air conditioner was extremely noisy! The bathtub was filthy! Unable to shower! Sticky floor by the sink! Dirty chair and ottoman! Terrible! Worst experience, ever!!!

The manager was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the property itself was not very nice. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom was unsatisfactory :( Also, the smoke detector was missing it’s battery and hanging open….

at 8 pm they have chains with padlocks on the entrance and exit door of the hotel. To go out for food at 10 pm I had to go through a forest of more than 80 meters in the dark. In 10 days they never changed sheets or did cleaning. the room stinks of cigarettes, the sheets are dirty and the carpet worse. It seems that the FBI or ATF are watching the hotel and about to enter by force, an atmosphere of criminality is felt. the worst pigsty in history. I expressed my disagreement with ORBITZ and they only ignored my claim. despite having purchased cancellation insurance. they are accomplices of this "HOTEL"

Nightmare hotel.
Everything was so dirty. The ac and heater were moldy, dusty, and the filter looked like it had never been changed. The toilet was stained yellow and the bathtub had black stains. When you flushed the toilet it would make sounds all night. There was a huge spider the size of a newborn child on the ceiling of the bathtub. They couldn’t even leave a couple water bottles in the room had to make a 3 am water run I was thirsty. When I went to check out at 7:30 am nobody was at the front desk. I had to leave the key outside the front door because I had to go. Paid for a room with a king sized bed and didn’t get that either. Worst hotel experience I ever had.

Find something else!
Booked and paid for the room 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up, the lobby door was locked and nobody was at the desk. Called them several times - couldn't get through to anyone. The door has a sign saying that the lobby is only open from 9am - 9pm. As absurd as that is (especially considering the fact that they don't tell you that before you get there), it was 8:30pm when I arrived and still nobody was there. Ended up having to find somewhere else to stay and couldn't even get a refund from this place. Don't do it. Just pay the extra $20 for a Motel 6 or something. Seriously.

Just go somewhere else.
They let me book the room late one night, and the lobby was closed when I showed up. Even a sign on the door that they closed before I booked the room. Hotel is just garbage

We arrived at 12:30 a.m and doors were locked. Tried to call and my call was dropped. Had made the reservation just 3 hours earlier. That may have been cause for the mix up.

I want a refund
It was an absolute dump. This hotel specializes in providing rooms to unmarried couples according to its website. Hotels in the chain have been raided by the police because of suspicion that the hotel was functioning as a brothel. We went to the hotel when we found it on hotels.com and made a be charged. She was extremely surprised that Hotels. com was planning to charge us $192.00 for the room. She thought that this was exorbitant. Nonetheless, Hotels.com still charged our credit card $192.00. They said we were a “No Show”. We were not a “No Show”. We called OYÓ customer service. They said that they could not help us. I asked for the phone number of the hotel in Rockford but they did not answer the phone and the mailbox was full. If Hotels.com offers a hotel it should be habitable. This place was not. Hotels.com owes me a refund of $192.00.

This hotel should be removed from the platform
This hotel should be removed from the platform! I don’t even know where to start with this dump. It looks abandoned from the outside and the customer service is literally nonexistent. Insects and rodents were running rampant and windows were broken and boarded up. I thought the place was shut down until they tried to charge my card after not allowing me to check in.
