"Very busy location and they have a great location. Breakfast is so weird and takes 40-50 minutes just to get. You get a voucher and a coffee shop thing with one person takes your order then you wait forever. They give you things like coffee but you ask for creamer after they help the next few people and its like a challenge because they just have one small serving area. Skip Breakfast and you will save alot of time."

Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"Lively hotel with very nice rooms and beautiful pool. The on-site restaurant is really really helpful with a ton of food options and I like the soda deal. I just wish they had machines on every floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby every time you want a drink. the shuttle buses are convenient as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was the check-in process. It is way too long. I don’t know why it takes them so long to check everybody in. It’s not a complicated process, but I waited in line for a long time however they did make up for that by having my room ready three hours before check-in, which I really appreciate. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely resort."

The Point Hotel & Suites Orlando

"Just had the pleasure of spending 6 nights here. We absolutely loved this place and definitely plan on becoming repeat guests. What we loved: - the suite - we had a pool view 1 bedroom suite with balcony in the South tower. Awesome spot. -the pool & hot tub - super chill atmosphere, bar was open daily, lots of chairs, very all-inclusive vibe despite being smack in the middle of the tourist area. 3 feet is the lowest depth so not ideal for toddlers. - the location - super close to everything - Universal, Disney Springs, shopping, cheesy souvenir shops...whatever you need, it's near by. - cleanliness - very clean throughout, including pool area bathrooms! -A/C - had no problem keeping up on the days it was over 100°F before humidity outside. Areas for improvement: - the bed - it was comfy but it definitely bowed in the middle. Woke up several times with two not small adults squished in the middle of the king sized bed! Time to invest in new mattresses where needed. - water pressure - thankfully I chopped 9" of hair off prior to this trip, I may still be there rinsing shampoo out of my hair if I hadn't! - luggage carts - such a silly thing but seemed to only be one for the entire hotel! Took us 3 trips to get all our crap back to our car (see cheesy souvenir shop comment above!). Lastly - before you do laundry, check the lint trap, dryers work so much better when they're cleaned out. We love a place with quirks so this worked amazing for us."
