"Room very clean, staff very helpful as we had our mums wake there. Lovely lady on the front desk, and a lovely lad in the bar and restaurant named Jaydon I think. Breakfast very good, lots of choices. Surrounding gardens and area lovely walks and Leeds castle very special. Only thing is letting it down is the carpets are very dirty going up to the rooms, the changing rooms near the swimming pool, really in need of an update, part of the ceiling looks like its coming down over the pool area, they need a swimsuit spinner too, to bring it up to 20th century, I feel that the whole building just needs a lot of TLC"

"You cannot beat the people and the mojo of the crew at Moxy. We had 2 rooms - one for me and one for my son as we were there for his race team's grand prix and the Excel Centre. I chose the Moxy in London b/c I've become fond of the Moxy brand as I lived at my local Moxy for several months in 2024 when my home was being repaired after a double-hurricane-flood in Florida. And once again - the staff was AMAZING. Just make you feel so at home and genuinely care about what you're there to do and enjoy with your friends. The staff was fab. "The staff in the restaurant were very stretched and we waited a long time for our order to be taken, over an hour on one night, but they were very helpful all other times and the food once ordered came quickly"

"Brilliant overnight stay. Very close to the road, so a little noisy as we had to have the windows open. Shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast wad lovely, hot and fresh. Staff, very polite and helpful. We felt having to pay to park at the hotel we were staying in was unnecessary, it should be included in the stay. Few negatives, but would definitely stay again"
