"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "They offer a discounted price at a nearby parking lot. However, be careful parking directly in front of the hotel to drop off any luggage. We asked the hotel staff at front desk if it was okay to park there for 2 minutes to check in and retrieve the discounted parking and they said it was alright, but we received a $115 parking fine within that time frame it took us to check in. "

"Old and tired. It was a Hampton Inn originally so it wasn’t great to start with, but now it is just old and tired. They make a small effort with free water and coffee. It’s a good value in the $150 range for Manhattan, if pricing is above that look elsewhere. "

"They called me to pay for one night before i go and they say the rest when i arrived but yhey charged me twice and when i called they said it was computer glitch and will give you the money back on 5 business days and i never got my money back and i had to deposit it. Check how they charge you after your stay."
