"Bad neighborhood resulting in gated parking and a security guard, mold on bathroom ceiling, toilet did not flush, no soap in broken dispenser, tv would not turn off - had to pull the plug out to turn it off, walls stained and dirty, very low water pressure. "

"Our room was across the hall from a meeting room. A breakfast buffet was set up 5 feet from our hotel room door with people going through the line filling their plates at 7:30 in the morning. It woke us up long before we needed to be up to check out. Also the balcony in our room is so dark that we couldn’t read or eat at the table provided . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "

We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "
