"All around excellent service from the staff at the front desk, help and breakfast crew. Very helpful and The rooms were clean and spacious and well provisioned. The breakfast spread was large and delicious. There are taxis always available from the hotel to all points of interest. Pro-tip: Be prepared for multiple road closures if you are renting a car and arriving on a Sunday! The parking is an underground garage behind the hotel and on a one-way street."

"This is a great place to stay! Very clean and very safe. Right in the middle of Sante Fe and Teusaquillo zones. The location made it incredibly easy to get to the main attractions and historical sites, and I found the owner and staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean and offered great value for the price. I Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Bogota if you’re looking to be among the people and experience the true beauty of Bogota! Also, There’s a 24 hour convenience store around the corner that accepts credit cards and many restaurants within walking distance! "

"Hicimos la reserva de 6 habitaciones y cuando llegamos nos colocaron en 2 habitaciones todos encimado, fue muy desagradable, pasamos muy mal, más de 10 personas en cada habitación "

"Pesimo servicio. Desde recogida al aeropuerto hasta salida. 1.Llegamos al aeropuerto y nos toco esperar Nos buscaran incluso teniendo retraso en la llegada del avion. 2. Eramos 3 y solo habia 1 cobija y la forma que acomodaron las camas no quedaba nada de espacio para caminar, tuvimos que moverlas. 3. Al dia siguiente el desayuno supuestamente llegaba al cuarto en 15 minutos y tardó casi 1 hora y para colmo llega sin cubiertos. Igual nos cobraron el precio completo, cero disculpas o descuento por el inconveniente. 4. Llegamos de nuestro tour a un cuarto recogido y sin papel higienico. Algo tan basico y no lo dejaron. 5. Pedimos transporte para el aeropuerto y no lo habian confirmado, tocó pedir un uber. Pesimo servicio. Si pudiera le daba 0 estrellas."
