"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is pet friendly and welcoming to service animals, which was a big plus. One thing to know before visiting is that dogs are not allowed on the beach in Kill Devil Hills from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the summer. "Great hotel right on the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast available on site plus several restaurants and shopping opportunities in the vicinity. Pool area is nice too. We also loved the covered deck area for when want to enjoy the ocean view but don’t feel like getting your toes in the sand."

"Elevators are EXTREMELY slow!! The breakfast room is entirely too small for the amount of guests. Breakfast time should be extended and another room offered for space and additional waffle stations added as they aren’t accessible."
