"The rooms were very clean. The grounds and pools awesome. We were especially impressed with Thanksgiving Day! The staff dressed up and the buffet was crazy! My kids (6-years old) loved the Kids Club, they had lots of crafts, cookie and cupcake decorating, a new outdoor area with Pirate Ship and playground. We enjoyed activities at Xcaret daily, the access cant be beat. I would recommend this resort."

"The staff, amenities, cleanliness, and restaurants were great! I recommend bringing extra cash for tips. MURA House was the highlight of our dining experience. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a pool that was a little further away from the noisier pool, if you are truly looking for a quiet place to relax. The music can sometimes feel like you are in an Amphitheatre from your balcony, so it can kind of be annoying when it starts in the morning. Outside of that, the wildlife, beach, and ambiance was a 10/10. "

"Erik from the Expedia team on the resort was a doll. The food here is next level and drinks are strong. The lush forests on the beach feels like a dream. Lots of amazing people ranging in all ages and walks of life. Rooms are 3/5 very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Although, they felt old and a bit unkept. The couch was stained and filthy and the walls need a repaint. My biggest problem was how early the pools and beach close down. By 540 the beach bars only serve beer and at 6 they are completely closed down. No swimming at 7pm is really bad. It was still light out and the pools are all closed. Even the beach is closed by 7. I think that’s a bit silly! Night swims are my fav part of vacation and that was a big no go. "

"Huge shoutout to the staff who made this trip such an amazing experience. To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation. All of these staff members are a phenomenal addition to the team here at TRS Yucatan. Thanks again for an amazing trip!"
