"New...extended stay suites so amenities were limited. No hair dryer, counter not staffed 24/7, no breakfast...had laundry facilities...good place if staying for a week as price for a week was cheaper than for 4 nights..close to Costco. Not a lot of food within walking distance. "

"What a pleasant surprise! I have never been to Rockford, so I didn’t know what to expect. Large, spacious room, with an industrial feel. Had an amazing steak dinner in the restaurant, and drinks in the penthouse bar. The complementary breakfast served up omelets, made to order, as well as boast of other items. If I ever return to this area, I will surely stay here again!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was tasty and there were enough food selections. I was disappointed that the indoor pool and the hot tub were out of service. I had been looking forward to using them."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent. Only complaint was that the toilet flushed very slowly... Reported this to the desk on Thursday afternoon and was told that maintenance was not available on that shift. The option was to move to another room. We were on our way out and not coming back until later that evening so that wouldn't work out for us."

"The bartender was an absolute doll! I don’t remember her name but she was amazing! We had such a fun time joking around and she made me feel special.
