"The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also."

She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. "This is a nice property that's clean, has good service, and the casino was bigger than expected. Was there on a Friday night and they had plenty of slots to choose from, plenty that were available, and a nice variety of table games with room to join. Service was mixed here with some being great and occasionally feeling ignored. All in all, we'd stay again as Charleston is a typical stopping point for us on road trips."
