"Many things in the room were broken or dilapidated. But the important things like AC, hot water, and toilet were all working."

"Our stay was great. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We had a great parking area right next to our door. The only complaints we had were the room gets really humid after showering. The floor would be very wet throughout the entire room. We had to prop the outside door open until it dried because otherwise it wouldn’t. Also in the room we stayed in, whenever the staff members enter/exit the check-in area, the door slams really loud and wakes you up. Other...

"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

"Wanted a house in oak park and this was such a pleasant, comfortable and convenient place. Really comfortable beds too. Even a lovely piano. "

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! "The hotel is so great! The pool on a Saturday night at 9pm is a mess - towels everywhere, toys, trash, etc. Also saw someone pour a packet of bubbles or salts in the hot tub."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton. Room was clean and upgraded. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There were cookies out when we would come back at the end of the day and always water bottles available. We loved the pool and hot tub. Would recommend"
