"This property is falling apart. Paint peeling, floors cracked, toilet and tub/shower cracked, moldy. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The faucet wouldn’t turn off and ran all night. It smelled awful to the point of all of our belongings smelling when we got home. 0/10"

"The AC worked great. If you’re only going to sleep in a cold room I’d say go for it. The price is definitely not worth the place— I’d be content paying $50 for what it was felt cheated for $100. Wa I was not given a remote, wifi password or any instructions. I assume these would be on the room. But nope- no remote, no WiFi. When I opened the door to the second floor the sound of porn was at top volume coming from the room next to me. I called the desk and he was rude and said the tv only...

"My stay at the Sleep Inn was outstanding. The Front desk staff was helpful and enthusiastic about assisting me with downtown transportation. The continental breakfast offered variety and was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. This was my first time in Chicago. This hotel stay was one of the reasons it was so enjoyable!"

"The staff were so pleasant and accomodating and helpful. We were standed without our luggage and they gave is toothbrushes and explained all the ammenities. The only one of which we used was the shuttle. They helped us figure out how to use the tv. Their courtesy helpes make a bad situation better"

"They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests"

"The room was ant infested. The ants got into our new can of $46 formula which weh and all over items on tv counter. Once I got up and started moving around the ants were in our bed and bags. I requested a new room and was given one. The shower had shampoo smeared on wall and all over dispenser as if it weren't cleaned prior to our arrival. All I was given was free parking since I booked through a third-party."

"I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation."
