"The staff was very helpful. Free breakfast was a great option. Food was good but limited selection. The rooms were clean but very small. At times it took a long time to get an elevator during peak times. There is currently construction in the lobby but it was minimally invasive. Enjoyed the stay."

"The location of the property is great. Easy access to grand central and not in a heavy traffic area. The hotel building itself is old. Historical in nature. Staff was nice enough, seemed very inconsistent from shift to shift. Charged a daily resort fee, but not sure what it included as nothing was discussed at check in. Room was nice overall but had several issues that after mentioning were ignored. We had hair in the toilet, tub and sink upon arrival. The coffee machine was very very touchy....

"The location was excellent. The room was exactly as advertised - was starting to show its age but was perfectly suitable for us. Window AC - worked well.
