"An overnight stay at this very pleasant hotel before flight home to UK. Would stay here again if needed but one further comment hopefully won’t be considered criticism. Why is it the client has to check in & out ? - surely this should be done by the Hotel’s staff!! For me this is not good practice and if clients are expected to do the Hotel’ work then we should be paying much less for our daily rate stay. This apart nice hotel to say at."

"my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"

"Great property. Staff is wonderful. Area is very safe and short walk to Chinatown, hop on hop off stop and Maxwell metro station. Great dinning options all around. Hotel pool is good and so is the rooftop bar. I would definitely go back."
