"This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. "Terrible hotel. The staff members were so unfriendly through my stay. They never smiled, said good morning or thank you. They also require shoes to be taken off at the front door and they would shout at people if they unintentionally forgot to take off their shoes. The floors were slippery and I almost slipped in the stairs because of the no shoe policy. Also, I arrived 40 min before check in time and they wanted to charge me extra for early check in.
