"Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Concierge wasn’t much help for anything but luckily the bellhop was in the know and able to answer any and all questions. Conveniently located for Times Square, plays, Central Park, shopping, and the Rockefeller building. "

"It was in a great location to shop and find restaurants, and walk to the theaters. The staff were all nice. The bathroom was very tight/a large person would have trouble using the toilet as it is VERY close to the small sink. (My daughter kept splashing water, which resulted in a wet toilet seat)"

"We had a clean room and comfy beds. The location is just a short walk to the theatre district and subway station. It was a great option for us because we were barely in our room so the size of the room fit our needs perfectly."

They were very helpful in printing an important document for me and some friends staying at this hotel as well. My room was small but very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with all amenities."
