Hiking the Yorkshire Dales National Park via the Bolton Abbey walk.

I would suggest to do this walk during autumn so you can see the changing colour of the leaves. It certainly adds a character to your hike. There was a certain point of the hike where you had to go through a forest and everything was so colourful. You would not even realise that you have walked 13.5 kilometers! Going to the Cavendish Pavilion is a must for hot drinks and food after a cold walk.

"Our welcome when we arrived was excellent. Liz was very helpful telling us sbout breakfast etc. Our room no 5 was quite spacious and had a nice view of the hillside of the dale. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty. Glenn was very efficient and knowledgeable about the area and made you feel relaxed with his banter. The en suite was a tad small but we managed ok. Will return and stay with them again at some point if we are visiting the area."
