"Only 1 elevator and key card readers for outside door didn't work very well. Breakfast was not impressive no bacon, no pancakes and dehydrated eggs. Cereal was not geared towards kids so no breakfast for grandson for 4 days. Had to ask for flimsy mattress for pullout which didn't know for 2 days. A/C was cold. Bed was comfortable but sheets kept coming off as they were queen on a king bed. Cleaning and breakfast staff only spoke Spanish so hard to communicate."

"The bed was comfy. Room spacious enough, cooling great!!
Tolite seat very loose, nearly slipped off. No plug for bath tub, we really needed it. Night service desk wasn't always available.
Sounds petty but no hand soap at sink to wash your hands and no I don't carry my own.
I spoke with the day desk manager, very pleasant. She apologized for all of it. She said all of that would be addressed and thanked me for letting her know.
We will return if we go that way."
