"They gave us the section that was still under renovation with some door items laying on the floor. They left the Roomba equipment in front of the door as you open it. After unpacking when I tried to use the sink, it was clogged up so I called the front desk and she said no one was there to help so she moved us to the room across. The carpets were so worn out and the rooms had a bad chemical smell. I really think it is from the cleaning chemicals they used on the carpet over the years. I...

We stayed in main complex and daughter and son-in-law stayed on the hillside in a lovely room. If you have plans to go to Sausalito make plans to stay here. Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa. For sure…and the attached restaurant, Poggio Trattoria, was outstanding,..for a meal, cocktails in the afternoon and coffee...
