"When we first arrived, we were placed any room that had clearly not been updated. There was no TV working no lights and no hairdryer. We were quickly then replaced into a new room which was much better."

"Breakfast in bed was really nice. And the outside deck has terrific views. There was plenty of provisions- coffee, tea, water, as well as wine and cheese spread and cookies every day. Planning to stay again already, next time bringing my son with us who is a foodie. Top restaurants right next door with amazing waterfront views."

"We have been going to specifically this it motel for the past 3 years. This is literally the only motel we stay at when visiting San Francisco. They have the best prices and the rooms are exceptional. Originally we were always staying here because it's the closest to my medical visits, along with a ceiling light store that is 2 stores down (my son is obsessed with ceiling fans, and various things that spin because he's on the spectrum. Unfortunately the store shut down this last visit)....

"The hotel manager is very rude. When she spoke to me she was very condescending. She talked to me like a kindergartener and made me feel unwelcome at their hotel because I booked through Expedia. It really upset my trip that was supposed to be a quick happy vacation. I know I will not book at this hotel ever again."

"The only reason for a 4- versus a 5-star review was because my room, possibly one of the fewer rooms with the along bed, tucked downstairs, at the bottom of the stairs, and right next to the vending machine room, and not to the fault if the staff or the property, but there was constantly doors being slammed (harder door springs, perhaps?? who know) and it was very disturbing, especially during my first night stay, on Friday’s check in. Even the staff at check was like “… the King bed..!!” ...

"Awesome location with quieter town compared to SF. We had an amazing view of the water and loved coffee on our balcony as the sun rose. Convenient parking across the street, but can be full (we stayed Fri-Mon so understandable). Keep in mind the ferry service times might not accomodate early tours in SF so book tours accordingly. Staff was polite. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance."

"staff and ?manager were so calm and friendly. He remembered us from a few weeks ago, took time to chat. Room again was well set up and cared for. The free parking in Cow Hollow is a great thing... and the walking for a variety of dining is great. I do miss the 'little bottles' of lotion and shampoo, but they're not in any hotels I've stayed in recently, so lesson learned. Highly recommended."

"Hotel un petit peu vieillissant, en revanche très bien situé en plein coeur de la ville. Le personnel a été top avec nous. Nous l'avions un petit peu surpayé car nous y étions pour la nuit du 4 juillet mais au vue des bouchons qu'il y a eu cela avait été un bon choix"

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."
