"the hottub was cemented in! the pictures showed indoor swimming and hottub relaxation - errr NO it was DIRTY. BUGS ALL IN THE POOL ANDDDDD IT WAS FREEZING COLD - not temperature controlled pool temperature and no hottub. i was beyond pissed as this was the only reason i booked this room. "

"We felt safe at this hotel since there was only one way in. We coulld tell they had updated some things in the room like tiles and fresh paint. Our bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our view of the lake from across the street. We could not hear any street noise, which is always a plus. "

"The front desk personnel were asleep on the desk when I arrived at midnight to check in. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8 AM wanting to know if the room needed cleaning and the breakfast in the lobby was the saddest version of a hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen."
