"The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. I had a window with a nice view of the Tower Bridge. Overall the room seemed clean and the beds comfortable. The concierge gave us 2 universal outlet adapters with a $5 deposit for each"

"Arrived early to drop off bags. Gentleman at front desk was lovely… advised to call if we would be back later than 12am. When we came to check in the new man at front desk was quite grumpy. Not very welcoming and did not give us much information. We found more out from the TV in the room which provides information. However, the room, although small, was clean and modern. Everything you need for a little overnight stay. Was welcomed with a free drink as it’s was our anniversary, nice touch. Breakfast was above average for a b&b, good quality. feel in love with Canary Wharf while here! Great stay would come again. Thank you"

"Room was OK but the shower is a combined shower wet room type affair that flooded whenever you used the shower so then got feet wet going to the toilet, far from optimal Single glazed windows did tend to give a draught down the head of the bed so a little chilly in the winter Street outside is very loud with single glazing"

"The hotel room was fine but the bar and rooftop seating were closed which was very disappointing. The in-house Sotto restaurant was outrageously expensive and mediocre at best. The waiter said we couldn't have any drinks other than the 4 specialty ones in the menu. He also said we got a special discount for staying at the hotel but they just inflated the original price to be even more ridiculous. We do NOT recommend either the hotel or the restaurant."

"Room was very clean and well equipped, pictures on the website also shows a very accurate depiction of the room itself which was brilliant. I was confused on check in as I checked in online a day prior to coming but was asked to check in again on arrival? Don’t bother checking in online, just check in at the desk, it’s very quick."
