"Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel, fünf Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt in gut mit der Trambahn und der Metro zu erreichen. Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss sehr schön und sauber. Einziger Nachteil: der Pool am Dach ist nur 50cm tief und kalt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen."

"1- I reserved a room that was classified at Expedia as king size/2 twin bed. I forgot to request a king size bed but I am normally given at check in, upon request, a room with a king size bed at any hotel. When I asked for a king size bed, the receptionist said no king size bed was available for the category I booked for but at a higher category only where I had to pay extra. "Great location for seeing Bilbao on short 2 night stay, staff welcoming. Clean. Quiet considering busy hub for buses with local people coming and going to work. Glad to have had own bathroom in hostel type stay. Busy place probably do to convenient location."
