Cleaning this is trying to improve, also trying to improve the overall appearance of property and cracking down on all the loitering, which is great because I have children. It can use a lot more home defense, but that also has a lot to do with the way individuals value they place of residing as well! Cleaning it starts from inside the room from the individual that’s staying upon the facility But overall property is trying to make improvements! So hopefully it will be more comfortable in the future for more traveling tenants in the meantime all I can do is keep my room clean and continue to look forward as it improves

I absolutely love this hotel. It’s the only one I’ll stay in, in Oklahoma City! The staff is wonderful and the place is spotless. Check-in is always easy and I feel like it’s a second home.

Pet friendly & hotel accommodates anyone need a rm

The hotel does accommodate anyone in need of a hotel room, the office staff is polite and willing to work with you when you need help. They only have one maid and she tries to make sure she takes care of any and all needs. Hotel is pet friendly. They are one of the only hotels that does not cause problems for someone with service animals and/or pets themselves. Thank you for that.

I never went into the room. After checking in and driving to where my room was there were two 98lb crackheads fighting in the parking lot. And if that wasn't bad enough a guy was sleeping in front of one entrance and there were two derelict vehicles in the lot. I just got the hell out of there and told the front desk I wanted my money back and he said I needed to go thru Hotels.com to get my money back. I'm thinking you can keep the money and I'll just delete your app from my phone and use Expedia! Oh and the pool was empty.

Major bug problem, no remote, wash towels, and tv stopped working, lights broke, toilet leak, I'm glad I left. Terrible room I was in. Conditions were terrible and everything. Excellent service tho.

It has the possibility of being a very good motel. Front desk was not trained. Check in took l most twenty minutes due to not being trained well. They require a $20.00 dollar deposit and fail to inform you that the office will not be open until 9:00 a m Room was very nice. The pool will be beautiful when finished. Under better management I would love to stay here again.

This place needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but no motel should have such unsanitary conditions like this place. Roaches in the bathtub and all around the room, the reek of smoke in the hallway and even in the supposed non-smoking rooms, also a seedy crowd in and around the motel. I didn’t feel safe at all being there, there was definitely more than cigarette being smoked there too. This motel operates as the OK Hotel but is under Lincoln Inn and uses photos from 10 years ago… practically a scam

No sign that said OK Hotel. Shoddy exterior and sketchy characters hanging around outside day and night. Did not feel safe as a solo, female traveler. Hallways smelled of cigarettes, mold. Saw a bug crawling across the floor of my room. Towel used to step on looks like it was used as a cleaning rag then left there. Entrance doors were not locked at night so anyone could walk in Terrible front desk staff. Checking in, I wasn't given a wifi password. Checking out, I told her about the bug and put the towel in front of her. Didn't seem too concerned. Avoid at all cost! Wasn't worth the $50
