"Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...

I had to buy a moka pot for my stay, but fortunately there are many places to buy within a block or two. I also do not enjoy cleaning someone else's coffee, so it was positive.
