"Lovely place to stay, it feels so Mediterranean inside. It has a lovely atmosphere and rooms are really cosy with everything you need."

"The room was clean, spacious (especially compared to London norms!), and comfortable. The elevators functioned smoothly. There was minimal interaction with the staff (eg, no daily cleaning, which was not a problem for a short stay), but when we needed help, they were courteous and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the Tube and Hampstead Heath. We'd definitely stay again."

"Property was in a convenient location for moving around London! The rooms were ample size and offered great amenities. Rooms were quiet with no noise from other guests or outside. Spa facilities were nicely maintained and offered a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was continental and offered a good selection but could have been restocked quicker during busy periods. Staff were welcoming and friendly!"

"Excellent accommodation from every point of view. Perfect cleanliness. Kindness and courtesy. The property is convenient for the underground, with places for breakfast and lunch very close by, and there is also a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend it."

"It was good took around 30 minutes to find us a room even tho we had booked in which was a little annoying especially in the temperature it’s been. Really could do with some air conditioning tho. Very hot and can’t open windows probably."

"The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet. Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"Clean and comfortable room albeit small. Well decorated and stylish. No teaspoons or milk. Coffee was solid in a jar so not drinkable. Room was not made up properly after the first night, 1 wet towel removed and 1 wet towel left on the floor but neither replaced despite leaving them in the shower to indicate that they needed changing. No new tea or milk left. As we didn't return to our room until late we couldn't contact anyone. TV only works if their WiFi worked, that was very haphazard....

"Nice place, very close to the tube entrance. Stayed in the Family room. City view is not great, but that didn't matter as we were not in the room most of the time. Room was small, but that is a London thing. Pub across the street with friendly staff. Hotel staff was great and gave suggestions for eating and things to do. Camden Market and shops/food area on Camden Street was 10 walk. There is even one of the canals that intersects with Camden Street. Overall, great place to stay."

"Maria was the BEST!!! She was so kind, helpful and even remembered it was my birthday, wishing me a happy one on my way to see Harry Styles. The hotel was well maintained, room was a decent size, especially for London and in a perfect location. Just a short walk to the tube, it was a easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was an e-bike parking area right at the corner which was also super helpful. I went to see Harry at Wembley and it was 7 stops away but also managed to go to the London...

"Non ho mai trovato un hotel che non lone per niente , credo sia paragonabile ad un tugurio in tutto e per tutto , colazione marmellata scadente con pane tostato e un caffè americano . E una vera vergogna ad un prezzo di 160 euro ."
