"Horrible. It’s conveniently located but that is it. Most of the staff is useless, hotel is run down, food at the “restaurant” was horrible. Rooms are dated. Got woken up by hotel staff at 1:30am while dead asleep for a noise complaint. I was asleep! How? So, got zero sleep and a really bad migraine after that, wouldn’t stay again. Not up to par."

The staff truly made the difference. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which is exactly what you want after traveling. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with a comfortable bed and thoughtful layout that made it easy to unwind or get a bit of work done. Everything felt well maintained and in great condition. I also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport, which ran reliably and took the stress out of early flights. Overall, this is a solid, well-run hotel that delivers exactly what it promises—comfort, convenience, and great service. I would absolutely stay here Again. "

"This hotel dies not have a shuttle service. The pick up at the airport is sub contracted to an unmarked van. I waited 45’ yesterday, so the same airport shuttle twice. Called the hotel and they transferred me to an extension to leave a vm. The brand begins with the customer is being picked up at the airport. First impressions are long lasting!"
