"We were there for 2weeks and the elevator only worked for 2 days "

"I only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room had all the amenities needed and they offer free airport shuttle. The lobby has a nice bar, fireplace and sitting area. They offer coffee and breakfast in the morning. I was very pleased and would definitely return."

"Everything in our room was sparkling clean and designed for our ease & comfort. Desk was cheerful and helpful when we checked in at 9:00 pm and out at 5:00 am‼️. Excellent stay!"

"Awful place, DO NOT STAY. It was NOTHING like the photos, it was old, run down, and dirty. We checked in less than 3 hours after check-in was available, and were told that they overbooked the king size bed we wanted and were given 2 queens. I asked if we could have a discount, since that's not what I booked, and they said yes, and never did it. I contacted them after the stay, and they said they would not offer a discount. The fixtures were wobbly, the room smelled, there were no utensils to eat the snacks we bought at the lobby with. The fridge wasn't working, and the AC wasn't cold. Please avoid like the plague. I even contacted Expedia, and they didn't do a thing either. Save yourself."

"This place was awesome, so close to downtown Austin and you really get more bang for your buck staying close to the airport (they even had a free shuttle service). Only heard one plane go by and wasn't bothersome at all. Staff was very nice, the room was huge! And very well appointed and decorated super cute. I felt safe traveling alone. Great breakfast and gym. Would definitely stay here again. No notes."
