The property was immaculate and spacious. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the on-site restaurants/bars were perfect for a casual meal. Gorgeous beach and very close to Red Hook. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Carole was very pleasant to work with! She responded very promptly to all our messages and communication was great! The view from this room was amazing and it was a great location right across Sudi's restaurant and bar, as well as the pool! The walk to Sapphire beach didn't take too long and the people were all super welcoming! Would definitely stay here again! "

"You are paying for the view and location to the town. Very convenient and beautiful views. No bells and whistles. The restaurant on property was “fine”. The market was “fine”. Customer service was either fantastic or poor. No in between. It all depended on who you were talking to. Because we were walking downtown each day going out in boat, it was perfect. I would not stay here again. Now that I know the lay of the land, I would stay somewhere just as close, same views and more amenities for...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Camp grounds! This trip was a solo trip for me and I used it just for a little me time. Great place to relax and do exactly nothing. The cabin was nice and cozy. Open to nature and you will hear it as you rest and relax. I realize no place is perfect and perfection was not what I was in need for. This place was more for self therapy and peace. I would do it again if possible or if my health allows "
