"This gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. "

"Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"This is a return visit for me. It was one of my favorite stays in 2023 and it continues to be so in 2025. Location, room design, breakfast buffet, and staff. The lunch/dinner meal options could use some choices beyond pizza and pasta."
