"This location did not have an elevator. Did not seem very family friendly. Its on a hill so after parking its difficult going into hotel with kids and stroller and luggage. Had to go around different doors and not the main lobby to access any of the bedrooms. Their was mold on the shower basin by the doors. Ceiling in bathroom seem like it was an office before. Room smelled muggy and the carpet cleaner smell was awful smelling it everyday. Asked to cancel since no elevators and expedia said they...

"The rooms themselves were clean, and spacious, and front desk was polite. However, the rooms do not match the premise. The front desk had drinks for purchase but no water. It was a very slow process and I would describe the atmosphere as rather sloppy. When trying to check in there were people I couldn't see but could hear and wouldn't answer me when I called out. It's also just far enough away from Nashville that the Ubers are almost double what they would be a few mins closer. Overall not...

"The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before."
