"This Holiday Inn is the best IHG hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in some where the price was 3 times as much as this one. I love everything about it. The room is comfortable and spotless with all the amenities. Their breakfast is a full hot breakfast where you can even eat pancakes! The staff is very friendly and if you are an IHG member but booked through Cheap Tickets like I did because I needed to purchase the extra insurance in case of late cancellation this hotel actually credited me with IHG points. It is convenient for whatever you are going to Nashville for. It even has a bench out front!! One heads up. I am short so I always have to remember to bring a collapsible step stool because the beds are high but so comfortable. You will not be sorry booking this Holiday Inn express."

"The room was clean, but there weren’t enough bathroom linens for two people for one night and the next morning. The towels and washcloths were of the lowest quality I’ve seen in a hotel. Ours was a two-night stay. Housekeeping didn’t visit at all. We left the room early the first morning and returned late afternoon. The beds were unmade, soiled towels were still in the bathroom floor. We had to request enough towels and washcloths to get through the second night/morning. We were there for a targeted trip, so we didn’t use the amenities. Breakfast was pretty good - they use real eggs, and there was a good selection of items. I was happy with the complimentary water available at the front desk. There was plenty of parking, but we didn’t find a covered path to go between the front entrance and the garage, and there was a storm the first night when we parked."

"Clean but a little bit dated in some areas and need maintenance on some things, such as our sink facet was so loose I thought it was going to fall off when we turned it on/off. Some outlets did not work, etc. it was ok for the price but needs to updating to reflect the price that is charged for a nights stay."
