Like a home away from home!

This was the perfect hotel for our trip! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar answered all of our questions very patiently and gave us great suggestions for things to do and places to visit. It was close enough to walk to the historical center and other attractions. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop patio and felt like this was our home away from home as we explored the region around Queretaro.

Nice stay!

We were very comfortable. The apartment suited our needs offering 3 bedrooms. We used all the rooms and the common areas which included roof decks with lovely views. Also well located with easy walking access to the historic center and driving access to areas around the city. The staff/ owners were super friendly and the maid did excellent work. We parked on surrounding streets without problem. Well recommended.

Hotel was closed when I arrived. Tried calling hotel several times and no one picked up. Sent an email and finally got a response saying that they were not expecting me because I never confirmed my reservation even though I did not receive any type of communication from them. Just hope I get my money back at this point.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour a l'hôtel Méson de San Andrès à Querétaro. Cet hôtel est très bien placé à 10 minutes à peine à pieds du centre historique. Les Proprietaires et employés sont charmants et attentifs. L'hotel est très propre et les chambres décorées avec goût. J'aimerais juste faire une petite remarque: Il me semble que pour la chambre que j'occupais, au rez-de-chaussée, il aurait été plus agréable d'avoir un lit double...au lieu d'un lit Queen ou King size qui mange toute la place et m'a donné l'impression d'être un peu à l'étroit, alors que la chambre est assez grande.. Il faut dire qu'en vacances on passe peu de temps dans sa chambre, mais l'impression d' espace fait partie du confort. Le rapport qualité/prix m'a semblé excellent ... merci aux adorables hôtes prets à aider en toutes circonstances. L.D.

El hotel es pequeño pero bonito y acogedor, la habitación es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario, tiene frigobar, cafetera, tv, el closet es grande, la cama es grande y cómoda. La vista de la terraza está muy bonita, está cerca del centro histórico y del mercado. El personal es muy amable, llegamos antes del check in y nos dieron la habitación en ese momento. Las instalaciones no son nuevas y es más tipo como una casa grande con habitaciones con baño, pero todo muy limpio y acogedor.

A+ for comfort and proximity to historic centre

We arrived more than an hour early and we're greeted in a very friendly and welcoming way. The area was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the historic centre. Gloria explained in detail how to get there with a small local map. Every attention to detail, room was comfortable and had a ful size fridge, microwave, coffee machine with everything provided. We would recommend this hotel and if we come to this area again, will definitely stay here again.
