I found the hotel somewhat run down, stained shower floor, missing garment hanging hook, stuck blinds. Room electricity savers down. Its pair of elevators not coordinating, one without floor indicators. The chain has a good regard, so perhaps a through general maintenance would be worth it.

Hotel ONE 1"_ Elevador el piso tenía un mosaico rotó se tropieza uno 2"_ Elevador puerta derecha sin funcionar a la llegada al hotel. 3"_ Baño área regadera con moho en habitación 302 ,4"* Comedor llegue 9:45 de la mañana, me serví fruta y cuando fui a servirme huevo y frijoles ya se estaban llevándose la bandeja de los otros guisos, ya no había pan ni tostadas la señora de la cocina de mal carácter me dijo que ya los había retirado y de mala gana me dio un tenedor, porque ya había retirado cucharas y tenedores. 5*_ Comedor otro día el sábado llegue 10:15 hrs de la mañana y no había nada ya habían retirado el servicio, hable con recepcionista y de mala gana, me dijo que ya no había servicio y le dije que el aviso dice que los sábados es hasta las 11:00 y me dijo que no qué había un grupo grande de personas y que sirvieron desde las 6:00 hrs de la mañana y que ya no había servicio y así me quede sin servicio de desayuno. 6"_ Entre al baño de hombres, en el área del comedor y recepción y estaba peor que una cantina, sin limpieza. En fin creo que no. Volveré a un ONE.

La atencion tratan de dar buen servicio mas sin embargo en la parte de limpieza en habitación fatal mucho cabello en piso en regadera en área de lavado una mancha amarillenta en la sabana En cambio el personal de restaurant bien muy amables comida buena ..recomendación aplicarse en la limpieza y algo de mantenimiento general regularmente usamos muy a menudo y esta ocasión nos quedaron a deber quien hospede fue a mi esposa y esa fue su experiencia

Buena atención del personal, fácil de llegar y desayuno equis. Terribles condiciones de mantenimiento, yo creo que fue el primero ONE en todo México y al que nunca le han reinvertido. Fallö el A/C, el piso roto en habitación y elevador, la regadera con moho. En fin. Muy malas condiciones. La verdad es que no regresaría. Lo barato salió caro.
