"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"The breakfast was not great, no toaster to heat the toasts, the waffle seemed to be from the day before, the danish area was not filled, and it took a long time to get my latte, that arrived cold ! The room had a spider web on the ceiling and a little spider was roaming around… stayed at this hotel few years back and it was impeccable… not anymore sadly!"

A waiting hospitality package and a personized greeting card was very special, and the afternoon wine meet and greet was a warm feel for everyone in attendance.
