We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. "We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli. The satellite location is a bit more like an Airbnb, with 3 suites in a building that has a common courtyard. "Beautiful building and interior decoration and the room was big even for 4 people. Warm and welcoming staff who were very helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room earlier than the usual times, which we had requested because we had to leave early. Would definitely recommend! "

"Nicely appointed rooms and a really good location close to the old town, port and transport hubs. Comfy beds and good size rooms. Bath in the bedroom is not to our personal taste but I know is very popular these days. The breakfast was good and there was a good quantity. You order it the night before as the breakfast room is v small. I think for longer stays you might struggle with the variety. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a lovely old apartment building so...
