"first time staying at a resort that had options for all inclusive and non inclusive. felt like being on a cruise ship. asking for your room number after every order. otherwise good. the people working there are very friendly. they are one of the best for sure and that's the most important thing. the place is spotless. the only odd thing is the receipt system of the resort. quiet resort even with kids and family."

"Everything about this resort was top tier. The staff always checks in with you and are super friendly. Pepe, Jonathan, Janeth, and Edith were AMAZING!!! There’s always something to do at the Haven. Everyday our rooms were cleaned, the food was fresh, and the ambiance was immaculate. 10/10 recommend!"

"Very safe and qiet. Excellent amenities. Staff was very helpful and were eager to go out of way to mske your stay comfortable. I requested to have mango from room service and it was delivered and the same evening chef from room service another plate of cut mango since i liked mangoes!! Loved the gesture. Food excellent and loved the portion control since its all inclusive it allowed us to try something different at each meal time. Coffee shop was great with tons of snack options as well as ice cream. Enjoyed the shows in the evenings. Enjoyed mille spa massages, hydrotherapy as well as facial.Fitness center was also adequate allowing a variety of workout opportunities. Smoothie bar with soecial coconuts at noon was always a pleasure. I would suggest the resort should operate some kid of transportation to and from airport even if it is fee based. Some signage around the resort was misleading and need to be improved to find various areas quicker. Other than that it was an excellent stay."

"Entertainment was amazing Alejandra and pretty boy we incredible, security was always on point with Alejandro, and Luigi the bartender was incredible, the only down side was ac in the room did not cool at all, for the weather and heat was kinda bad but other than that we loved the experience and everyone there, for sure we are coming back "
