"Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids."

"Just using for the infinity pool at rooftop required some extra deals like not upgrading your room etc. I couldnt see any info about that on your website. It must be more clear."

"Overall, it is not bad. I think this resort is getting old. Staff were not very helpful sometimes. Not many staff are working in the pool area serving foods and drinks. We also had big cocroches two times in our bathroom. Foods were ok. It is family-friendly. Water park and kids area are nice. My kid loved them."
