The breakfast was excellent along with the dining staff. All of this, plus being located on a gorgeous beach—the best stretch of beach on the island. "We stayed here for a few nights at the start of our Holbox trip and it was by far the best location we stayed in. The hotel is brand new, it's nice and quiet, although centrally located with everything is walkable. The room was modern and clean and had a luxury feel. There were some comments in other reviews that the pool was too cold and more for decoration. We actually really enjoyed coming home to a cold pool after a day at the beach, it was an excellent way to cool off. I definitely recommend this hotel. Although the restaurant is not yet open. When we come back to Holbox, we will likely stay here the whole time. "

"No ocean view, but pool was great"

"Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and lumpy. More than one roll of toilet paper a day would have saved us from visting the front desk to get other rolls during our stay. Didn't like only having cold water to shower in. Pools would look more inviting if the bottoms were painted blue instead of the off-gray colour. Ladies on the front desk and the beach bar were pleasant and attentative. More sun shades over the beach lounges would be good and they would stop the birds from dropping their phoop on 'you' and the beach lounges. Breakfast was good; hot and a good selection of foods. Good central location to downtown and restaurants. "
