"The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. "The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. From check-in, wine on the terrace to the breakfast in the morning, we were given first rate service. The reception staff, Francesa and Bernadetta, suggested wonderful restaurants and facilitated the arrival transportation from the airport and departure support for our rental car to set us on our way to enjoy the rest of our tour around Sicily. Great way to start our adventure!! "

"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). Beautiful big room with a balcony right above the sea. A lovely calm atmosphere about the whole place. "Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es gibt einen Shuttle 3x am Tag nach Ortigiya auch wenn man selbst ein Auto hat ist es ziemlich einfach. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, die Aussrnanlagen wunderbar gepflegt und stimmig zum Ganzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt"

"Loved everything about this property!! It was the perfect stay in the best location in Siracusa! The hotel facilities were immaculate. All front desk and restaurant staff in particular Andres, Bruna and Mary were exceptional with helping us with all our questions and needs.
