"The only thing I didn’t like was the check in coz we arrived early around 11:30am so we left our luggage & requested for our rooms to be close to each other. "Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not...

"The room was clean. Liked the view. I would recommend the water view. I was able to get the city view. Staff were present, and I felt safe. Liked how you needed a key to get into the elevator and inside the property during late hours. Super easy to check in. "

"Room wasn't ready for check in so they put us in another room which wasn't facing the water side that I paid for instead it faced another building. Needed a plunger and it took them 2 hours to bring it up. When I pay $300 a night for a room and parking pass I expect to have the basic needs taken care of.
