"We absolutely loved our stay. This was my third stay there and certainly was not disappointed. The beds are the most comfortable ever, the room was quiet, and we loved the lotion. Afternoon coffee and cookies, not to mention delicious cold water, just made the day even better. The staff was exceptional, at all hours. "This is an old hotel. As such, it lacks things like central ac and heating. There was a portable air conditioner in the room that required venting out the window, which required the window to stay open. This allowed all the outside noise to enter the room. There is only one guest elevator. It is very small and slow. They request that only 3 people ride at a time. So allow plenty of time to move in between floors.
