"Great helpful staff who are very kind.
Free apples, beer, coffee and you can check your bags.
Rooms are very small and not as functional.
A good place to just rest and then head out ."

"The hotel is very pretty and you sleep comfortably, my only thing is that they have no fridge and no microwave in the rooms. The next door couple were screaming at each other all night!! I asked front desk at about 2:45 am to ask them to please keep it down … it worked for like five minutes, the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING!!!!!"

"Rooms are definitely older, but quite spacious and clean. Staff are really helpful and the social hour (free wine and snacks) is quite nice. Location is excellent, quiet area but very close to Link train station and tourist spots like Pike Place."

"Great staff. Everyone was very gracious and helpful. The valet guys were awesome! Spacious room, though the minimalist vibe felt a little cold. Would have liked a coffee maker in our room but we did appreciate the coffee and tea service in the lobby. We also enjoyed the wine tasting one night."
