"I did love staying here, cons and pros below if you are interested! Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! Be very careful in the bathroom as the water from the shower will get everywhere...

"it was in a very centralized location, everything within walking distance. easy to get to, the private gated parking next door was also an awesome addition other than there were a few days it was packed so i’m not sure who all has access as we had to find different parking for a few hours. the unit had a private gated patio and also a lock on our door. the back patio was a mess and kinda run down, we did not use it during our stay. our unit was not cleaned. trash left under the bed from previous...

"This apartment was perfect in every way! It was decorated beautifully, the yard was gorgeous with fruit trees everywhere! It was comfortable and very clean for our party of three. Minutes from the beach, the popular strip to go out, and about 15 minutes from old San Juan. We were provided with beach towels which was helpful! Overall, this place is beautiful and has everything you need!"

"Best place to stay if you like outdoors, tropical forest views, and nature sounds. Place has direct river access without the need for a long hike. Straight forward check in Attentive host Would definitely choose it again. Thanks Casa Parcha"

"Everything about this place is definitely a dream. The quietness the cleanliness I love the fact that it had a small fridge kitchen. It really made it feel like I was home. Unfortunately, I did go at the wrong time with this water shortage going on. I know it’s not their fault, but I will definitely know where to go back"
