"We had the platinum access; which allowed access to all three resorts, all inclusive. The staff were very friendly. We were there for only four days so didn’t quite get to experience everything the resort had to offer. Finding a lounge chair was never a challenge for us. Food was great! The Kobo Teppanyaki restaurant was an amazing experience. The rooftop pool was cool too, great views of the acres of nature reserve behind the resorts where development will not happen.
The only thing I would say is: (and maybe it’s just that time of year) but the beach sucked. There was a lot of seaweed and it made the water color appear brownish-red. Also the seaweed stunk up anywhere near the ocean, so cut out a few pools for us. Ended up hanging out at one of the pools farther from the ocean most of the time."

"I was disappointed that I couldn't book a specialty dinner until I was upgraded to a privileged membership. I initially chose this hotel because of the multiple specialty restaurants on-site, but access is very limited for the general population until one becomes a privileged member. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade on the second day, and the experience improved significantly afterward."
