"We did not like the fact that the pools closed at 7pm, the kid pools close at 5pm You’re forced into spending more money on site or forced into whatever games or activities they have on The room showers all flood we had several groups and rooms and all had same experience The showers are dark We specifically asked for 2 queen beds in our rooms as we are multiples people and they still stuck us with sofa bed"

"Notre séjour était vraiment agréable. Mais le seul souci c’était au niveau de la nourriture au restaurant à part le steak house qui était vraiment super les autres restaurants avaient le même menu qui ne changeait pas. Pour une famille qui a fait 10 jour sur place c’est pas terrible."

"Exceptional Stay at Excellence Riviera!! Our stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun was truly outstanding. The resort is beautifully maintained, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was exceptional throughout the resort, but a few venues stood out in particular. “Chez Isabelle” offered an outstanding fine-dining experience for dinner, while “The Lobster House” was fantastic for both lunch and dinner, serving fresh and delicious seafood in a beautiful setting. “Las Olas” became one of our favourite spots for casual snacks and light meals by the beach. We also loved “Aroma”- our favourite coffee & pastry & best ice cream place to go. The pools were fantastic, providing plenty of space to relax, and the grounds were lush, peaceful, and impeccably cared for. The overall atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and perfect for a couples’ getaway. One important note for future travellers: if swimming in the ocean is a priority, void March-October seaweed season. Excellence Riviera Cancun exceeded our expectations in every other way with its exceptional dining, beautiful pools, well-maintained grounds, and outstanding service. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing all-inclusive vacation in Cancun. 🌴☀️🍹✨ Cheers ☀️"

"It was a great property and a great time. When you go, please check in with Carlos with "Privilege" he made it a great time and if you do the Privilege rooms the only butler to have is Elizabeth! She is amazing."

"We recently stayed 5 nights at Dreams Sapphire. We had 5 adults and two kids ages 7 and 9. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we all could all agree this resort was fantastic. Upon check in we were given sparkling wine and juice for the kids. Our rooms were clean and inviting. My husband and I were celebrating an anniversary, and my grandma had just had a birthday. There was cake in her room and champagne in ours! Very thoughtful touches. Any time we needed something they were very quick to accommodate us. My kids had such a great time on the water slides and main pool. We all had plenty of food we liked as well as drinks. My kids thought they were something special getting virgin drinks from the bar! The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was entertainment most nights and plenty of activities for the kids. The only negative- which is out of the resort’s control- was the amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. We were more than happy to spend our days at the pool though! Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone and I would definitely love to go back!"

"We had a wonderful time! We had excellent service from the butler service, the bartenders and entertainment staff! The entertainment was better than any other place we have stayed. The pools and giant hot tub were wonderful! There was room for improvement on cleanliness and the beach was not the same as in Cancun. Overall, it was a great stay!"
