"The customer service for this hotel was more than perfect. They took every opportunity to make sure our honeymoon stay was perfect and memorable. The food is amazing and the vibes of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Ricardo and his coffee art and making was amazing and delightful to start the day with. Mario and Enrique were excellent in signing us up for activities and attending to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel in the future. "

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

Aunque no hay electricidad tienen otras formas alternativas de iluminación pero es ideal llegar antes de el atardecer para adaptarse, igual no fue algo que extrañe. Las habitaciones están preciosas, duermes y puedes ver las estrellas. Fue el aniversario de cumpleaños de mi novio así que tomamos una cena privada al lado del cenote, fue maravilloso música, velas, el sonido de la pequeña cascada que hay en el cenote.
