Dreams Natura Resort & Spa – A Balanced Review from a Recent Stay
Arrival & Check-In:
From the moment we arrived at Dreams Natura, the staff made us feel welcome. We were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine, and check-in was smooth and quick. The staff provided clear, helpful information about the resort, which made settling in easy.
Room:
We had booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately, the view didn’t meet expectations. Our room mostly overlooked another resort, with just a partial glimpse of the ocean. When I raised this with the front desk, they stood by their classification of the room as “ocean view” and declined my request to be moved or to compare with a different room. While the room was clean and comfortable, the view was disappointing. Thankfully, we didn’t spend too much time inside, but I do wish the resort had been more accommodating.
Pools:
The pool areas were well-maintained and enjoyable, though finding available seating could be a challenge, especially during peak times. As a family-friendly resort, expect plenty of kids, including in areas like the swim-up bar. I did notice a few kids splashing water near guests’ drinks, which might be a downside for those looking for a more relaxed adult setting.
Food:
The food was decent, though nothing particularly memorable. There was variety from day to day, but the desserts were underwhelming. If you’re a foodie, this resort may not impress, but as someone who isn’t too picky, I found it satisfactory. T
